AB ("trippbo.com", "Trippbo AB", "Trippbo", or "we"). This agreement outlines
the terms and conditions applicable to the Trippbo
website, mobile website, and smartphone and tablet apps (collectively referred
to as the "Site"), as well as your duties, therefore limiting the
responsibility of trippbo.com and its third-party providers. These Providers
include, but are not limited to, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and
other providers that provide travel or other services through our website (such
third parties collectively referred to as the "Travel Service
Providers"). The Site is meant for noncommercial, personal use only.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ACCOUNT
REGISTRATION FORM AND/OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES ON THE SITE. By using any
portion of this website, users ("users" or "you") agree to
be legally bound without restriction, qualification, or alteration and to
comply with these Terms and Conditions, which comprise our agreement
("Agreement"). You should also review our Privacy Statement, which
regulates your use of this website and is included in this agreement. If you
disagree with any aspect of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using
this Site. Trippbo maintains the right, at its sole
discretion, to amend, modify, or otherwise change this Agreement at any time by
publishing the updated terms on this website. We urge that you frequently
examine these Terms and Conditions. The updated conditions shall take effect
immediately upon their publication on the Site. When booking services or
participating in contests or other promotions on trippbo.com, additional rules
may apply.

Utilizing Our Services
Our rules
We provide our Service to assist you in locating information on Travel
Services and in reserving such Travel Services. This is offered for no other
reason.
You agree that:

Service for non-commercial and personal reasons.

18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.

You shall use our
Service in accordance with the law and these Terms.

You have provided
true, accurate, current, and full information.

If you have a profile

If you are booking for others:

You shall get their
consent before acting on their behalf.

You shall advise them
of the booking conditions (including the Rules and Restrictions) and get their

for paying any outstanding balances, requesting any changes or cancellations,
and any other booking-related problems.
Also, you promise not to:

Access
We reserve the right to refuse access to our Service for any reason at
any time. Additionally, we may make modifications and enhancements to our
service at any moment.
How we arrange search engine results
There are several travel alternatives accessible via our Service, and we
aim to provide the most relevant search results possible. On the search results
page, you may choose how to order the results and apply filters to prioritize
results depending on your preferences, such as price, guest review score, or
other factors. If you choose not to utilize these features, you will see our
default sort order, which sorts results according to the criteria listed below.
Within your search results, we may also provide travel choices that are
sponsored advertisements from our Travel Providers. As a means of
distinguishing them from other travel alternatives, these travel options are
prominently labeled "Ad" or a similar designation for your knowledge.
Referral and third-party reservation services
Please keep in mind that if you are routed from our website to a
third-party booking service in order to make a trip
reservation, you will be making the reservation with the third-party and not
with us. We are not responsible for reservations made via a third-party booking
service, and we assume no obligation for such reservations. The third-party
service provider's terms and conditions will outline your rights against them
and clarify their obligation to you.
2.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND
RULES
When you book services via our website, you allow us to serve as your
agent during the booking process with the chosen Travel Provider. You permit us
to pay for the products/services in your name and on your behalf, if necessary.
Depending on whatever product you reserve, we will issue the ticket and charge
you appropriately. The amount you will be charged will be revealed before you
confirm your reservation.
The Customer must be required to provide all booking-required
information that is comprehensive and error-free. If the information is
erroneous or a third-party credit card is used for payment processing, we may
demand extra verification.
Trippbo AB is not liable for
any reschedules or cancellations. The airlines are permitted to change, cancel,
or postpone their flights. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there are
any problems with the Travel services you have purchased via our services. On
our end, we promise to remedy the matter as quickly as feasible.
3.
HOTEL TERMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HOTEL
As noted under "About these terms," your booking is also
subject to the conditions of the applicable Provider (in this example, the
hotel where you are staying). These are often available on the hotel's website.
If there are any discrepancies between these terms and the hotel's terms and
conditions, such as if you choose a cheaper accommodation that cannot be
altered or returned, these terms shall govern. As part of our customer support
services, if you have any queries about the terms and conditions that apply to
your hotel reservation, you may contact us directly.
BOOKING PROCESS
Within the time range we advised you of throughout your booking
procedure, we will make a reasonable effort to provide you a confirmation of
your hotel reservation. If your hotel reservation confirmation has not been
received within this timeframe, please contact us. Many of our accommodations
provide instantaneous confirmation. We will send you an email as soon as your
reservation is confirmed to let you know that your accommodation is assured. If
we are unable to confirm your reservation, you will get a full refund.
Please do not be concerned if, after your hotel reservation has been
confirmed, you call the hotel directly and they are unable to find your reservation.
Your reservation is still secure; however, the hotel may not get your personal
information until closer to the day of your stay. If you have any questions or
issues, please contact us.
CHANGING, CANCELLING OR UPGRADING YOUR BOOKING
During the booking process, we will have informed you of your rights to
amend or cancel your hotel reservation (and any applicable costs); you may have
picked a less expensive accommodation that cannot be modified or returned. This
information is part of these terms and should be carefully reviewed prior to
completing your reservation. If you are uncertain if your hotel reservation
accepts alterations and/or cancellation reimbursements, please contact us.
When your hotel reservation enables modifications, the hotel or a
third-party hotel inventory provider may restrict the hotels and/or rooms to
which you may switch. As a result, not all of the
alternatives on our website and/or alternative rooms at that hotel may be
accessible to you. When we receive your request to modify your hotel
reservation, we will advise you of the potential alternatives.
If the hotel modifies or cancels your reservation, the hotel's terms and
conditions will often apply. Please contact us directly and we will assist you
as part of our customer service.
HOTEL REVIEWS
Guests’ ratings are derived on verified user feedback. Star ratings are
based on a variety of factors, including ratings supplied directly by the
hotels (including, where appropriate, their star rating based on the standards
of the country where they are located), facilities, photographs, guest reviews,
and pricing. This will provide you the greatest indicator of the hotel's
quality. However, you acknowledge and agree that the star rating is merely an
indication, that standards vary between countries, and that it is your
responsibility to review all the information provided on the hotel on our website
to ensure that you are satisfied with the hotel's standard prior to booking.
4.
FLIGHT TERMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FLIGHT
Agreement and pricing adjustments
Your booking request will be confirmed through email. At this point, the
mediation contract between you and us becomes official. If you do not get such
confirmation within one hour of submitting your booking request, please call us
to verify.
You will get an email with a ticket number when your tickets are issued.
You and the appropriate airline(s) have signed a binding contract.
The airline adds flight and seat prices on the Portal. If the airline
makes changes outside of our control (e.g., price changes, seat availability,
etc.) after a booking request is made but before the contract with the airline
becomes binding, the contract will not enter into force and your payment will
be refunded in full. We may contact You and offer You the updated price within
normal opening hours, but no later than 24 hours after We learn of the price
change or on the first weekday after that.
Booking and travel conditions
We are just a middleman for Portal flights. We take no contractual
responsibility for your flight's performance or non-performance. Flight
performance is entirely up to the operating airline.
You'll see the airline(s)' terms and conditions before booking.
We cannot access airline booking systems while mediating airline travel
services. If so, we can sign the airline contract for you. For bookings,
revisions, or cancellations, contact the appropriate low-cost airline directly.
You may get two reservation confirmations, one from us and one from the
airline. Please utilize the low-cost airline reservation confirmation for
check-in if you get two.
We present an overview of airline booking and travel criteria below.
Before booking, verify the airline's terms and conditions.
Check-in/flights
All flight timings are local. The schedule shows "+1"
arrivals. After the ticket is issued, flight schedules may vary due to flight
control, weather, or airline constraints. Check the time before your flight.
Please observe airline check-in times. Late check-ins might result in
denied boarding. Please note that certain airlines promote online check-in since
they may impose a fee for airport check-in.
Multiple tickets
Booking two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip is plainly noted.
Cancellations, modifications, strikes, and flying schedule changes affect
tickets separately. Airlines' rules apply.
Flights with distinct booking numbers are always independent.
Segmented flight tickets
One-way or roundtrip tickets may have many portions. Most airlines need
sequenced flight segments. If not, many airlines may deny carriage on future
flights (e.g., failure to use one segment of a journey could invalidate the
rest of the ticket). The airline may cancel your incoming flight if you miss
your outgoing journey on roundtrip tickets.
Pregnancy
Some airlines refuse to fly pregnant women beyond week 28. Pregnant
women must check with the airline and their doctors before traveling.
Infant/Child tickets
Contact the airline for information about flying with a youngster
without a seat. Children under 2 travel as babies and
do not need their own seat, while children over 2 must. A kid ticket must be
purchased if the newborn turns 2 before the trip ends. Infant tickets cannot be
booked before birth since the passport name and birth date must match. If the
erroneous ticket is bought, we will not cover any costs.
Unaccompanied minors
We do not book unaccompanied child tickets. Under-18s must go with an
adult. Some nations and airlines don't allow under-18s without a guardian. Some
airlines need birth certificates for under-18s.
Lost/damaged baggage
As intermediaries, we are not liable for missing or damaged baggage.
Report any issues to the airline's airport agent immediately.
Transit and lodging
Flight tickets do not include ground transportation or overnight
accommodations. Check ground transportation fares and schedules yourself.
Flight connections
Standard Portal tickets have authorized connection times. Airlines
calculate connection times. If a flight segment is delayed and causes a missed
connection, airlines must help you reach your destination.
Airlines are not liable for missing connections due to delays when
booking individual tickets. Thus, you must guarantee that airlines and airports
provide enough connecting time. Missed connections will not be refunded.
Double-booking
Two or more airline reservations with the same passenger’s name are
duplicate bookings. The airline may cancel a duplicate booking (s). Using
various travel agents may also cause this. We are not responsible for aircraft
cancellations or rejected refunds due to duplicate booking.
Dangerous goods
Hazardous items cannot be carried on airplanes. Violators face five
years in jail and €250,000 fines (49 U.S.C. 5124). Explosives, pressurized
gases, flammable liquids, solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and
radioactive materials are hazardous. Paints, lighter fluid, pyrotechnics, tear
gases, oxygen bottles, and radiopharmaceuticals. Small amounts (up to 70 ounces
total) of medicines and toiletries in baggage and some smoking materials on
your person are exempt.
EU-banned airlines (blacklist)
The European Commission and state air transport authorities have banned
several airlines from flying in the EU. Due to safety concerns or inadequate
government oversight, some flights are banned.

Airline schedules and cancellations

Your airline may
cancel or change your tickets. The airline will tell us of any changes. As an
added service, we may manage your modification or cancellation refund request
if the airline allows it.
·
Between booking and
travel, your flight timings may vary. To guarantee the flight (and any
connecting flights) departs on time, we suggest staying informed and contacting
your airline at least 72 hours before departure. We are not responsible for
airline schedule changes or their fees.
You-requested cancellations
·
The airline, your
contractual partner, sets the terms for modifying flight reservations
(including passenger name, destination, and travel date) and refunds. As
intermediaries, we cannot change such circumstances.
·
As an added service,
we will manage your booking modification or cancellation refund request if the
airline allows it. We will advise you of any extra service terms while booking.
·
We must receive your
adjustment requests at least 24 hours before travel to address them (only by
telephone).
Contact the airline directly for last-minute changes.
Non-Appearance or Absence from the Flight
You enable us to obtain potential reimbursements from the airline on
your behalf if you fail to present for or attend your scheduled flight. We are
permitted but not required to do so, and your right to obtain unclaimed refunds
directly from the airline is unchanged.
If We are successful in obtaining reimbursements for you, we shall
deduct our costs from the amount recovered. To see our fee schedule, please
click here. We will hold any refunds acquired on your behalf, less our costs,
for 12 months from the flight date. You may request a transfer of this money,
less our fees, at any time prior to the expiration of the 12-month period by
contacting customer care.
Ticketing
Trippbo AB will send you an
order confirmation when you book on our website. This email confirms your Trippbo reservation and includes Passenger(s), Itinerary,
and Summary of Charges.
Order confirmations are not electronic tickets. Your e-ticket will
arrive when your reservation is confirmed.
Until the booking is ticketed, your reservation's price, availability,
dates, and other terms may vary.
The ability to cancel or change a booked flight is limited and dependent
on the pricing restrictions or other terms and conditions of the airline.
Although certain airlines may provide free ticket cancellations within 24 hours
after ticket issue, this option is restricted for certain rates and ticket
categories. If you desire to cancel your reservation, please contact Customer
Service, and inquire about the ticket's cancellation policy.
Many airlines prohibit name changes; thus, if a name change is
necessary, the client must be notified that name changes are only made in
compliance with the airline's policy. Most airlines regard a name change as a
cancellation, for which usual terms and fees apply.
If you seek any changes and/or modification to your original booking due
to force majeure (cancellation or modification), in addition to the terms and
conditions of the airline, the processing costs indicated below will apply.
Post-Ticketing service charges Quoted per passenger

You could be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your
reservation. In addition to the airline company's cancellation policies, our
usual processing costs will apply.
The refundable amount will be paid back to the original method of
payment; however, the return time is dependent on your bank's policies.
If you have booked any items or services with us, including flights, but
do not check in (no show) or otherwise do not use the bought products or
services, you will not get a refund. Having having paid for your ticket, however, you may be
eligible for a tax return. This clause is subject to applicable airline policy.
Since you paid for your ticket, you may get a tax return. Airline policy
governs this.
REFUNDS for passenger cancellations made voluntarily
We recognize that vacation arrangements might change often. Depending on
your ticket policy, you may be entitled for a partial refund if you cancel your
reservation.
Tickets must be canceled at least 24 hours before to the flight's
planned departure time. Passengers whose tickets were not canceled before to
departure, as well as those who missed their flight or did not board after
check-in, may not be entitled for a refund.
Refunds may only be claimed within the ticket's valid time and only if the
tariff regulations of the bought ticket enable it. This may be partly or
entirely non-refundable if you bought a reduced fare.
For partly used tickets, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the
unused sector, if allowed by the airline's rules. If there is no remaining
value on the ticket, any unused tax will be returned.
If your ticket is not qualified for a refund, we will provide you with
alternate choices according on the tariff restrictions (e-credit or exchange if
available).
Additional flight services bought from third parties (e.g., insurance,
airport transportation) are not immediately canceled when the ticket is
refunded. To terminate these services, please contact the respective
third-party service provider directly. The purchase of extra flying services
from us is non-refundable.
Schedule Modifications and Unwilling Cancellation
If the Carrier cancels or fails to operate a flight at the originally
planned time, you will have the option to choose one of the alternative travel
arrangements provided. We will notify you of any important changes as soon as
we become aware of them, but we accept no responsibility for any resulting
modifications or expenses.
You will be able to choose between accepting the time change or a new
travel plan provided by the airline. If the modifications are unacceptable, you
may be eligible for a refund in line with the Conditions of Carriage. If you
are eligible for a rebooking or refund, a processing charge of €50.00 per
person will apply, in addition to the subtraction of non-refundable costs.
The airline will provide a different travel arrangement or a time
adjustment. The Conditions of Carriage allow you to request a refund if the
modifications are unacceptable. Our €50 processing charge per person and
non-refundable costs apply to rebooking’s and refunds.
Non-refundable fees
Administrative Fees, Tips, and Support Packages are non-refundable. The
cardholder's reimbursement will be reduced by any airline penalty or
cancellation charge, which is non-refundable.
Our company has no control over the airline's cancel/change/refund
procedure. Nevertheless, the processing cost paid to execute your request,
which is not the airline’s price to cancel/change/refund the ticket, is a
service offered by our firm and cannot be refunded.
Timing of Refund Processing
In rare occasions, tickets may be returned through Cheque or PayPal. We
will give refunds for valid tickets purchased with a credit or debit card
within 20 business days, but this does not include your bank's processing
period.
5.
PACKAGES TERMS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PACKAGES
You may book various Travel Services simultaneously using our Service
(such as a hotel reservation and an airline reservation), but each Travel
Service is subject to its own Rules and Restrictions and these Terms (such a
combined booking is a “Package”).
Bookings of multi-packages with several agreements
If your reservation is a multi-package as described below, we will
function as the "package organizer" and your rights and benefits will
be governed by applicable legislation.

A
"multi-package" is a combination of at least two of the following
separate travel services for a single trip or vacation:
·
Passenger transport or
·
Lodging or
accommodation
·
Automobile, motor
vehicle, or motorbike leasing (in some cases) and
·
other tourist services
that are not already included in the travel services, provided that these
travel services are purchased in one and the same visit to our website and that
you select them prior to agreeing to pay; or they are advertised, sold, or
charged at an all-inclusive or total price; or they are advertised or sold
under the designation "package" or similar.
This is referred to as a multi-package since you are entering into
separate agreements with each individual provider/trader of these travel
services. As a package organizer, Trippbo AB will
assume responsibility for this reservation.
NOTE: If you only book one of the travel services listed in (a) - (c)
above in combination with one or more tourist services listed in above, this
will not be considered a multi-package if the tourist services: - does not
constitute 25% of the total value of the combination and is not marketed as, or
otherwise constitutes, an essential part of the package; or - is selected and
purchased after the use of transport, accommodation, or rental car has
commenced. These reservations will subsequently be regarded "single travel
services" and will not be subject to the rights.
We will continue to serve as an agent on behalf of the supplier/trader
for your chosen travel services when you order a multi-package, but we will
perform our legal duties under the PTR as your package organizer. These
responsibilities are outlined in section B of our booking terms. This will have
no effect on our job as the supplier's/representative. trader's
To order
You have the option to examine and confirm all booking information prior
to making payment at the time of booking. Once you have checked and verified
the information and made the necessary payment, we will make the reservation
with the supplier/trader.
Group reservations
If you are reserving for a bigger group and want to guarantee that there
are adequate travel services available for everyone, please call our contact centre. If two members of the same group make two separate
online reservations, and availability runs out between the two reservations, we
cannot cancel the first reservation without charging cancellation costs.
Payment for packages
To book your selected travel services, you must first pay according to
the instructions in this clause, or otherwise as requested by the supplier/provider.
You must also pay all applicable insurance premiums and booking fees.
Payment at the time of booking
Full payment at the time of booking is required in the following
circumstances:

when you only book one
flight (applies to all airlines unless otherwise stated) and
·
when you make a
booking with less than 30 days until departure and
·
when you book a
non-refundable hotel.
·
For all other bookings
you must pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Cash payment
We currently do not accept cash payments.
Partial payment
We currently do not accept partial payments.
Rights in tour packages
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302
Before entering the package, travelers will be provided with all
necessary information.
There is always at least one merchant accountable for ensuring that all
agreed-upon travel services are carried out accurately.
The travelers are provided with an emergency telephone number or contact
information for the organizer or travel agency.
Transferring a package vacation to another individual is possible with
adequate notice and maybe an extra fee.
The price of the package vacation may only be adjusted if exceptional expenses
(such as gasoline prices) rise, provided this is clearly specified in the
agreement, and no later than 20 days prior to the beginning of the package
vacation. If the price of the package trip increases by more than 8 percent,
the passenger may terminate the contract. If the organizer retains the right to
increase the ticket, the traveler is entitled to a price reduction if the
expenses associated with the event decrease.
If any of the package's fundamental aspects, other than the price,
change substantially, travelers may terminate the contract and obtain a full
refund of all payments without incurring a cancellation charge. If the merchant
responsible for the package trip cancels the trip before to its commencement,
passengers are entitled to a refund and, if appropriate, compensation.
In extreme situations, travelers may terminate the contract prior to the
commencement of the package trip without incurring a cancellation charge, such
as when there are grave security issues at the location that are likely to
influence the package trip.
Moreover, travelers may terminate the contract at any moment before to
the beginning of the package trip for a fair and justifiable cancellation cost.
If major portions of the Package Travel cannot be supplied in accordance
with the Agreement after the Package Travel has begun, acceptable alternative
arrangements shall be provided at no additional expense. If services are not
provided in accordance with the contract and this adversely affects the
execution of the package trip, and if the organizer does not fix the situation,
travelers may terminate the contract without incurring cancellation fees.
Travelers are also entitled to a price reduction and/or damage
compensation if travel services are not provided or are rendered inadequately.
The organizer must give assistance if a passenger has problems.
The funds will be returned if the promoter or, in certain Member States,
the store goes bankrupt. If the organizer or, if appropriate, the merchant
becomes bankrupt after the beginning of the package tour, and if transportation
is included in the package tour, the tourists' return transportation is
guaranteed. Trippbo AB has filed for bankruptcy
protection with the Kammarkollegiet. If services are
not delivered as a consequence of on the failure,
travelers may contact this organization or, as appropriate, the responsible

Passport, visa, and
health info
Passport, visa, and health requirements might vary, so verify with the
proper government (embassy, consulate, etc.) before traveling. Valid passports
and visas are your responsibility. Remember to list any transit points that
need visas. Visas might take time, so apply early. Undocumented consumers are
not our responsibility.
Entry processes, vaccines, etc. differ by destination and passenger
nationality. You must gather that data. Failure to follow government rules will
not be our responsibility. Therefore, we recommend checking the destination or
transit nations’ requirements and the time required to complete them.
7.
PAYMENT
Price
Except in circumstances of evident mistake, the pricing of the Travel
Service(s) will be as shown on our Service.
Prices for Travel Services are variable and subject to change at any
moment. Unless a clear mistake has occurred, price adjustments will not impact
accepted reservations. We list several Travel Services, and we make every
effort to guarantee that their prices are correct. We retain the right to fix
any price inaccuracies that may appear on the Service.
If an evident mistake has occurred and you have booked a reservation, we
will give you the chance to maintain your reservation by paying the right fee,
or we will cancel your reservation without penalty. We are under no duty to
make Travel Services accessible to you at an inaccurate (lower) price, even after
we have provided you a Booking Confirmation, if the inaccuracy should have been
obvious to you.
Taxes
Our stated prices may include applicable taxes or tax recovery fees.
These taxes or tax recovery fees may include sums related to value-added tax,
goods and services tax, sales tax, occupancy tax, and other comparable taxes.
You acknowledge that our Group of Companies does not collect taxes for
remittance to taxing authorities, except as provided below with respect to tax
obligations on the amounts received from you, including facilitation fees and
service fees where applicable in accordance. The tax recovery costs for Pay Now
reservations are a reimbursement of the projected taxes that our Group of
Companies pays to the Travel Provider for taxes owed on the Travel Provider's
services (such as for the rental rate for the room). The Travel Providers are
responsible for remitting taxes to the relevant taxation authorities. The
taxability of assets and the relevant tax rate vary substantially by
jurisdiction. Depending on the rates, taxability, etc. in place at the time of
the actual usage of the services supplied by the Travel Provider, the actual
amounts paid by our Group of Companies to the Travel Providers may differ from

(service fee and/or facilitation fee). The actual cost charged for services
rendered by our Group of Companies may vary based on the tariffs in place at
the time the Travel Provider renders the services. In some countries, our Group
of Companies is responsible for collecting and remitting sales, use, and/or
municipal hotel occupancy taxes on the whole price, which includes the amounts
we charge for our services and the Travel Services supplied by the Travel
Provider.
You may be liable for paying local taxes levied by local tax authorities
in some areas (such as city taxes or tourist taxes, etc.). These local taxes
may be assessed by Our Group of Companies or the Travel Provider. Before you
finalize your reservation, our Group of Companies will tell you of any local
taxes that you will be responsible for, if the Travel Provider has alerted our
Group of Companies of such taxes.
Local taxes may vary between the date of booking and the date of stay.
If taxes have increased at the time of your stay, you may be required to pay
the higher rate.
Transaction processing
For some Travel Services, such as a Package, payment may be charged by
several parties (as shown on your payment method statement), but the total
amount charged will not exceed the entire cost of all Travel Services.
When payment is taken at the time of booking and paid for in the local
currency of our Service (as applicable), the company taking that payment (via
third-party payment processors) and charging your payment method will be the
company listed in the table below next to the applicable location of our
Service.
Payment fraud
We retain the right to withhold processing of such a payment if we have
grounds to think fraud is being perpetrated. Legitimation of Payment may be
required if criminal activity is suspected. All payment fraud will be reported
to law enforcement.

GOVERNING LAW AND

Exclusively Swedish law governs these Terms and the relationship between
You and Us.
As a consumer, you are protected by all obligatory restrictions under
the law of your country of residence. Certain Terms, including this section,
have no effect on your right as a consumer to rely on these required elements

Dispute Resolution
Our company's foundation is client satisfaction; thus, we endeavor to
resolve conflicts quickly and cheaply. Respectively, you promise to settle any
conflict or petition linked in any way to the website, any trading with our
customer service agents, any services and goods provided, any presentation
given by us by getting in touch with our customer support or proposing a claim
using an online form.
Credit Card Chargebacks
Credit card firms allow chargebacks. Before contesting a charge with
your credit card provider, contact Trippbo to review
your costs. If a chargeback occurs, we may cancel a trip reservation.
By using our service to make a reservation with a Provider, you
acknowledge and consent to that Provider's cancellation policy. The
cancellation policy for each reservation is always displayed on our website. Please
note that some tariffs and special offers are non-cancellable and
non-modifiable. By utilizing our service to make a reservation with a Provider,
you relinquish your right to any chargeback claims, including but not limited
to the following scenarios:

Chargebacks arising
from non-cancellable bookings if Trippbo or the Provider
cannot provide a refund, regardless of whether the reservation was used.

Chargebacks arising
from a cardholder's refusal to utilize a service provided by a Provider were
not eligible for a reimbursement (e.g., cardholder did not show up for a
scheduled flight, and did not cancel in advance).
·
Chargebacks resulting
from noncompliance with the Trippbo Terms and
Conditions and cancellation and refund policies.
·
Chargebacks coming
from charges authorized by your family, friends, or any third parties having
direct access to your credit card.
·
Chargebacks resulting
from the Provider's failure to provide a product or service in accordance with
the product description.
·
Chargebacks stemming
from the cardholder's refusal to utilize the provided services owing to
COVID-19-related concerns or travel limitations.
·
Chargebacks due from
events beyond the control of trippbo.com or its affiliates, such as force
majeure or the bankruptcy of a Trippbo Provider or
Service Provider.
9.
COUPONS/GIFT CARDS
A Discount Code is a code that may be used to purchase travel services
on trippbo.com.
Discount Usage:
To use the offer, visit trippbo.com, choose the appropriate travel
services option, and enter the code ID on the payment page. Please note that
you may choose any available travel service, even if it occurs beyond the code's
expiration date.
A discount may only be applied to travel services bought on our website.
Discount codes are applied per traveler. One Code may only be applied to
one passenger's ticket price. Infant tickets are not eligible for a discount.
Validity:
The validity of discount code is one year from the date of issuance.
Each trippbo.com discount code may only be used once. Making numerous
copies, manipulating, or altering a discount code in any way is strictly
prohibited.
Transferability:
It is possible to transfer Trippbo discount
codes to another traveler. To transfer this code, you must provide the code ID
to the recipient. Disclosure of this information to any anyone authorizes that
individual to utilize the discount. The owner is entirely responsible for
preserving this information from disclosure, and Trippbo
is not liable for any unlawful use of the discount by a purchaser who submits
this information.
Loss and Theft:
If lost or stolen, the discount code will not be replaced.
10. Liability
You agree that We represent You to the Service Provider. We are not
responsible for Travel Services You have booked with one or more Service
Providers or for Service Provider-provided Portal information errors.
If a Service Provider cannot perform the Travel Service for any reason,
including bankruptcy, we may only serve as a middleman and reimburse funds we
have received from the appropriate Service Provider.
Our liability for damages related to our services is limited by the
T&Cs and the law. We are solely responsible for direct damages experienced,
paid, or incurred by You owing to an attributable deficiency of our services,
up to the cost of your booking (whether for one event or a series of connected
events). If reservations, confirmations, and/or execution of bookings or
services are deficient due to force majeure, we are excused from any associated
legal liabilities.
11. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Our
Privacy Statement contains information regarding the collection, processing,
and use of your personal data.
